Fixed Fee

Copyright Registration

$250 for filing
$35-$65 for government fee

Contract Review

  • Includes high level review for red flags and to answer any questions, as well as minimal language edits.

  • Any substantive drafting will be subject to an hourly rate of $375/hr.

Notes

  • Every client gets a free 30-minute phone consult.

  • Projects that don’t fit into the above categories will be charged on an hourly basis.

  • Hourly rates always come with a price cap so regardless of how much time is spent, you’ll know the highest possible cost.

  • Some services can only be offered to clients based in the state of New York.

  • All services include a reasonable amount of edits, meetings, and calls. What is reasonable is determined by me but I always encourage you to reach out early and often.

  • The published pricing is not final. Based on the initial consult, your final pricing will be confirmed in your engagement letter.
